At 525 Kitchen, our classes are designed to be fun, hands-on, and actually useful—whether you’re a curious beginner, a teen learning real-life cooking skills, or someone looking to improve their eating with fresh, local food. From global street food and bakery basics to meal prep and farmers’ market cooking, we focus on building confidence in the kitchen while keeping things relaxed, social, and a little bit deliciously messy. We’re also proud to accept the Say Yes! cards, making it easier for teens to access meaningful, skill-building experiences that support independence, creativity, and future career exploration.
